Terms and Conditions Booking Lombok Holiday Tour
The terms and conditions of “Booking Lombok Holiday Tour and Travel” are legal agreements between a business and a customer or end user that establish the terms and conditions of their relationship. They outline the rules for using a service or product and the rights and responsibilities of both parties.
Reservations:
- All reservations are to be made either via email: info@wheat-mole-673362.hostingersite.com or bookinglombokholidays@gmail.com. WhatsApp: +62 822 3530 5550 (Komang Rastu).
- A name list and details of arrival and departure shall follow every booking.
- The tour package can change; it is not final yet until confirmed to book the tour.
Cancellation and no-show fee:
- A full refund will be issued for cancellations made up to 7 days.
- A 50% charge applies for cancellations within 5 days
- A full charge is applicable for cancellations within 48 hours.
Terms of payment:
- Deposit payment: you can pay to our Bank Account or PayPal
- We are not responsible for any taxes.
- The balance you must pay in cash on tour
